The shell itself is made out of Minimus Carbon G1000, which is designed to be lightweight and highly durable. The OMNIshock+ system combines foams for maximum impact protection. IMPAX foam can be found all throughout the entire helmet with molded IMPAX foam layering over areas in contact with the goaltenders head for better comfort and high level of protection.
